Effective leadership begins with a strong strategic process and the plans it produces. The output of effective leadership is an organization that sees and acts upon new “adjacent possibilities,” new risks associated with those possibilities, needed new alignments within and outside the business, and focused plans for management of new, relevant variables.
Our process for advancing executive leadership capabilities begins with your current strategic plan, or the one generated in our Business Strategy process. It remains connected to that plan and focused on achieving its objectives through the aligned efforts of the organization.
Your executive leaders will learn to build a compelling “call to action” and “business story,” and a powerful course of action, all of which are necessary ingredients to successful implementation by their organizations.
They will know which of their current practices and modes of leadership are supportive of these aims, and which need modification, renewal, or regeneration to be "on the mark." During the workshop series, they will also proceed to plan and implement those changes in leadership practices down through the organization.
